The scary dream
You are in for a routine operation. The anesthetist makes a mistake and you end up blind, deaf and paralyzed. You wake up to think that the room is dark and very soon someone will come in and switch on the lights. But no one comes for quite some time. You try to scream for help but even you cannot hear the sound of your own screams. You feel random touches on your body but you can never react to them. You are scared, but you cannot move. All your emotions and memories still intact, but you cannot convey. You are entombed within your own body. Forever. Inspiration: A monologue from Calvary.
